Cup of Cocoa, the color in the living room.  It looks great, almost like suede since it's and eggshell finish.  I am also using this color in the hallway.  This picture was taken earlier in the day, I have two coats on now and the bottom trim is done, same situation with the top, need lots of tape and caulking....and time!!
