Closing is set!

The house is empty, furniture moved out, carpets being cleaned as I type. My closing is set for 3pm today, everything fell into place at the last minute. The best news ever....my processor over-estimated my closing costs....by A LOT. Which means I'll have money to really get moving on my projects. What a great day!!
